Angie Schenone is a full-time, VA-certified Realtor, Short Sale Specialist, Notary Public, and Marriage Officiant serving the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, Antelope Valley, Los Angeles, and Bakersfield areas. Raised locally, she brings deep neighborhood knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a background in mortgage lending as a former assistant branch manager. Angie has helped hundreds of clients buy homes, secure the right loans, and close short sales in under 45 days, guiding them step by step through the process and building long-term relationships. Together with her husband and business partner Gino, she is dedicated to helping families achieve the American Dream of homeownership with personalized, high-level customer service.
