Privacy Policy

The CRM Plus · 458 N Maclay Ave, San Fernando, CA 91340 · (818) 797-0148

This policy describes how Mission Real Estate (operating through the The CRM Plus platform) collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide voluntarily through our website forms, open-house sign-in sheets, or direct communication with our agents. This includes your name, email address, mobile phone number, property preferences, and the message content you submit.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to respond to your real estate inquiry, schedule appointments, send transactional updates related to your transaction (including via SMS if you have opted in), and follow up on properties you have expressed interest in. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing.

SMS / Mobile Information & Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All mobile opt-in data and SMS consent collected by Mission Real Estate are used solely to operate the Mission Real Estate text-messaging program and are not sold, rented, traded, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy do not include mobile opt-in or consent data being shared with third parties for marketing — that data stays inside Mission Real Estate.

If you opt in to receive SMS from Mission Real Estate, message frequency varies based on your activity and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, reply STOP at any time to cancel. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for the full text messaging program details, supported carriers, and contact information.

Google User Data (Gmail and Google Calendar)

Mission Real Estate, operating the The CRM Plus platform, offers optional integrations with Google Gmail and Google Calendar so a licensed real-estate agent can send, receive, and organize client communications and appointments from inside the CRM. When an agent connects a Google account, Mission Real Estate requests access to the following Google API scopes:

Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use disclosure. Mission Real Estate’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

Data storage and retention (Google data). When a Gmail message is matched to a CRM contact, Mission Real Estate stores the message headers (from, to, subject, date, message-id, thread-id) and the message body in the agent’s CRM communications history so the agent can view the conversation timeline for that contact without re-fetching from Gmail. Attachments are referenced by Google-hosted URL and are not re-uploaded. Google Calendar events created or modified by the CRM are written to Google Calendar directly; Mission Real Estate additionally stores the Google event id, start/end time, and CRM contact link on the appointment record. Stored Google-derived data is retained for the life of the agent’s subscription and is deleted on request; see “How to revoke access and request deletion” below.

How to revoke access and request deletion. An agent can disconnect the Google integration at any time from inside the Mission Real Estate app on their Profile page under the Gmail section by clicking Disconnect. Disconnecting clears the stored Google refresh token and stops all future Gmail and Calendar sync. An agent may separately revoke Mission Real Estate’ OAuth grant from their Google Account permissions page. To also delete previously synchronized Gmail messages and Calendar event records from the Mission Real Estate database, email thecrmplus@gmail.com with the subject “Google data deletion request” and the account email; Mission Real Estate will delete or de-identify the requested records within 30 days and confirm by reply email.

Data Sharing

We share your information only with the licensed Mission Real Estate agent assigned to your inquiry, with support service providers strictly necessary to operate our platform (such as our hosting provider and email/SMS delivery providers), and as required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to data brokers, list buyers, or marketing networks. No mobile information — including mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, and SMS consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We retain contact and transaction records for at least the period required by California real estate broker supervision rules (currently 3 years) and our internal practice (7 years) for tax and dispute defense. You may request deletion of your record by contacting us at thecrmplus@gmail.com; we will comply except where law requires retention.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA, including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share for advertising). Submit requests to thecrmplus@gmail.com.

Security

We store your information in encrypted databases (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit). Access is restricted to the assigned agent, brokerage management, and support staff under confidentiality obligations.
