These Terms & Conditions govern the Mission Real Estate text messaging program (the “Program”), operated through the The CRM Plus platform.
Mission Real Estate sends transactional and conversational text messages to clients and leads who have provided their mobile number and consented to be contacted. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies within active client conversations, listing and showing updates, and follow-ups related to your real estate transaction. Messages originate from (818) 797-0148.
You opt in by checking the SMS-consent checkbox on our contact form at https://www.thecrmplus.com/contact, by checking the same SMS-consent box on the lead-capture form on any Mission Real Estate agent website (e.g. https://www.thecrmplus.com/agent/jerryascencio), by checking the SMS-consent box on a Mission Real Estate open-house sign-in sheet, or by providing your mobile number to a Mission Real Estate agent and replying YES to our confirmation text. You may also reply START or SUBSCRIBE to begin receiving messages after opting out.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to all messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START.
